The Draftsman must be able to identify and provide reliable solutions for all technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the engineering process. Additionally, the Draftsman must have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Consistently apply basic drafting and design fundamentals and practices to<br>promptly produce high-quality wiring diagrams and schematics drawing sets.</li><li>Update drawings and review requests from engineering and manufacturing teams.</li><li>Retain expert level of product knowledge and its application.</li><li>Issue formal documentation descriptively detailing engineering changes in accordance with Jetaire’s engineering standard practices and procedures.</li><li>Produce ongoing status reports for active orders.</li><li>Identify customer needs and engineering opportunities for future growth.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>Education: Associates Degree in Applied Science with a concentration in Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD), equivalent, or 3 years’ minimum related experience.</li><li>Demonstrated SolidWorks experience.</li><li>Fayetteville, GA 30214: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li><li>Applied Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) experience.</li><li>Proficient written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Motivated with the ability to perform in a team environment.</li></ul><p><strong>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></p><ul><li>SolidWorks experience</li><li>Project management experience is beneficial.</li><li>Hands-on assembly, factory, or job site experience.</li><li>Visual Basics, Business Central, PowerPoint, and SharePoint applied knowledge.</li></ul>
