**Job Description:**

As an Auto Glass Technician/Helper, you will be responsible for:

- Installing, repairing, and replacing auto glass on a variety of vehicles
- Ensuring all installations and repairs meet company and industry standards
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Adhering to all safety guidelines and procedures

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assessing damaged auto glass and determining the appropriate repair or replacement method
- Removing and installing windshields, door glass, back glass, and other auto glass components
- Applying primer and adhesives to auto glass and frames
- Cleaning and preparing glass surfaces for installation
- Assisting senior technicians with various tasks as needed

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in auto glass installation or repair is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
