Job Responsibilities:
● As a PE, you will be tasked with reviewing and stamping completed drafting and
engineering work, ensuring its quality and accuracy.
● You'll manage drafters working on your projects, providing necessary guidance and
oversight and even complete drafting yourself if necessary.
● You'll be responsible for reviewing and approving plans before their submission to
ensure they meet company and industry standards.
● You will create new plans, update existing ones, and make necessary revisions based
on project requirements.
● You'll compute mathematical formulas to determine the correct dimensions for
various project elements.
● You’ll transform initial concepts into workable designs and create models from rough
sketches.
● Assist with the project management of the company as needed to ensure an
organized and efficient team.
Required Experience & Skills:
● Proficiency in AutoCad and Chief Architect.
● Experience with Revit is preferred.
● Familiarity with StruCalc is preferred.
● Experience with STRUCTURAL Engineering Required.
● Familiarity with Construction is preferred.
Skills in Project and Team Management
● Technologically Savvy
● Google Suite, Bluebeam, or Adobe experience
Minimum Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree
● 4-5 Years Experience in related fields
● Engineer in Training with goals to become a P.E.
● Professional Engineer License in Oregon
