Must have completed and graduated from an Imaging Program or posses an ARRT Certification.

Essential Functions

• Performs X-rays as requested by Orthopedic physicians
• Responsible for checking imaging orders, special instructions, and office visit notes.
• Maintains daily preventative maintenance on the X-ray equipment including testing lead aprons.
• Importing and burning CD's to/from PAC's
• Completing imaging authorizations in a timely manner.
• Billing of X-rays.
• Compliance with HIPPA, OSHA, and Red Flag Rules.

Qualifications:

• RT certification or ARRT certification
• Strong Problem Skills
• Ability to work independently or as a team
• Interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions
• High energy and highly motivated for a busy Orthopedic Office
