This community-based retail shipping store in Napili Plaza is looking for a friendly, customer service oriented, can-do team member to cover part-time hours in a casual but often fast-paced, fun store.  We ship Fed Ex, UPS, USPS and DHL international as well as offer packing services, computers for customers to use, copy, fax, email services and much more. We serve customers from our community as well as from all over the world.  Strong computer skills are needed and previous retail experience is a plus but we will train you.  Training starts at $17. per hour, then raised to $19 upon completion of the trial period.

Job Duties

Sort incoming mail and packages according to PMB numbers

Put corresponding delivery slips in mailboxes (put clips on outside box slips).

Place packages in appropriate places according to size and PMB number, whenever possible group pkgs with same PMB number.

Place flats, magazines and letter mail in mailboxes or wall bins.

Assist sales associate with giving mail and packages to PMB holders

Answer phones and give customers basic information on store hours and services

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Second level 

Excellent customer service – respect, honesty and cheerful attitude

Learn Cash Mate and Postal Mate software and run transactions with accuracy and appropriate speed

Money handling with accuracy and integrity

Learn how to pack various types of art, household goods, etc.
