3F-Fitness LLC offers group exercise classes and personal training services to luxury apartment communities in Washington, DC, Northern VA, and Maryland. We are searching for experienced Aqua Aerobics Instructors who are committed, energetic, reliable, and professional with flexible schedules.

Instructors' Positions and Locations:

Maryland, National Harbor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. The instructors start classes on time.

2. Provides adequate warm-up, exercise, stretching, and cool down.

3. Bring Bluetooth audio equipment and appropriate music for classes.

4. Maintains a positive exercise experience for class participants and clients.

5. Keeps management informed of facility needs and significant problems.

6. Ensures safety standards are met.

7. Performs related duties as required.

8. Awareness of proper body mechanics to prevent injury

9. Ability to be professional and motivate class participants and clients.

Essential Qualifications:

1. Nationally qualified Aqua Instructor certification is preferred.

2. CPR certification and AED certification are preferred.

3. A minimum of one year of group fitness instructor experience is required.

Requirements:
