Mountain Valley Orthopedics is looking for an experienced DME Fitter with at least 2 years of experience.

· Monday through Friday-Day Shift

· Rotating Saturdays Mornings(as needed)

· No Overnights

Essential Functions:

· Provide patients with OTS orthotics based on physician orders

· Properly don and doff spinal, lower, and upper extremity braces as well as assistive devices such as walkers, canes, and crutches

· Responsible to measure, fit, and adjust devices per physician orders and educate patient

· Review and maintain necessary documentation to obtain precertification and ensure accurate claim processing

· Complete and maintain accurate documentation of patient care provided.

· Assume responsibility and accountability for care provided and tasks assigned

· Complies with all HIPAA and OSHA laws and regulations

· Adheres to all policies, procedures and all federal and state regulations

· Maintain accurate inventory of all DME products

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma and/or Bachelors Degree

· Strong problem solving skills

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team

· Interpersonal skills

· Attention to detail

· Ability to follow written and verbal directions

· Computer proficiency

· Ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a work shift

· High energy and highly motivated for a busy Orthopedic office

· Driver’s license required and access to a car(traveling between offices is an essential job function)
