Miyoko's Creamery is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Sales & Data Support Specialist, Retail & Food Service to manage, support, maintain, assist with growth, and further develop its growing Retail and Food Service Channels. We are looking for someone who loves to learn, is a team player, and can manage a wide variety of responsibilities and shifting priorities.
Your responsibilities will include working very closely with Sales Managers and Directors, managing all national price lists, various SharePoint, CRM, and broker updates. They will also be managing and providing analysis of distributor data to support our sales growth plans and supporting trade shows and events nationwide.
This position reports to the Sr. Sales Operations Manager and works closely with the Chief Customer Officer, Sales, Category Management, and Marketing teams. This position requires strong organization, management and problem-solving skills with strong analytical abilities to review current market landscape and brand performance at a distributor level.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all channel price lists.
- Analyze and assist on Retail Distributor Data Dashboards and provide analysis and recommendations to Category Manager and Director of Sales.
- Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for senior management and for sales presentations.
- Plan, organize, and execute National Trade Shows and all Regional Trade Shows with the Marketing team and Sales Directors.
- Support the management of trade expenses by providing trade planner support by entering all plans into our trade calendars.
- Update Retail Broker Portals with selling material, price lists, presentations, and category review schedules.
- Respond and resolve complex customer questions and problems and maintain open communication with other departments.
- Manage all administrative support functions for customer portals, including Target POL, Walmart Retail Link, and KeHE Connect where applicable.
- Ensure accuracy of customer profiles, and pricing in Netsuite.
- Complete new vendor paperwork and new item forms.
- Manage and update IX-One, 1Worldsync, RangeMe and other retailer-required sites.
- Manage partnership with Syndigo, monitor alongside and maintain sales/retail images and image websites.
- Manage National Coupon Program
- Co-manage alongside Sales Directors Retail Shopper Marketing opportunities.
- Update and manage all Sales Decks with Marketing and Sales team feedback.
- Track sales sample inventory and fulfill sample requests.
- Perform administrative duties in support of sales activities.
- Other related duties as assigned
Ability to travel in car and airplane to event locations.
Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience preferred, but not required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate to advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint preferred).
- Adept at learning new computer software programs quickly and independently.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform procedures consistently.
- Ability to organize and manage time efficiently and effectively.
- Resourcefulness and excellent internet research skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a multi-tasking role.

Salary range:$66,560.00 - 75,000.00
