SERVICE TECH/POOL MAINTENANCE

JOB SUMMARY

Easton Pool & Spa is a leader in the construction, installation, and service of in-ground swimming pools. This position would be working on Marth’s Vineyard as a Service Technician and Pool Maintenance.  You must live on Martha’s Vineyard.

JOB DUTIES

Service calls consist of the following:

•  pool openings.
•  pools closings.
•  pump repairs.
•  plumbing, leaks, etc.
•  pool cleaning

The field service technician role is a full-time position seasonal starting in early April and ending early to mid-November.  Hourly wage will be based on experience level. Overtime will be paid for all hours over 40 on a weekly basis.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

The appropriate candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Experience servicing in ground swimming pools a plus.
• Mechanically inclined a must.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 to 75 lbs.

• Strong customer service skills
• Self-motivated and good attitude
• Proven problem-solving skills.

EDUCATION:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:

• Valid Driver's License (Required)

OTHER

• Time: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
• Work Locations: Multiple locations.
• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: Up to $25/hr. depending on experience.
