Exposure It - Real Estate Media is seeking talented and motivated photographers to join our dynamic team. As a commission-based photographer, you will have the unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating with clients to capture high-quality media that showcases the distinctive features and allure of various properties. Real estate photography experience is not mandatory for this role.

Founded in 2021 by Zach Alden-Brown and Luke Mawhinney, we have grown from independent real estate photography businesses into a unified brand that is now the premier provider of real estate media in Pittsburgh. With a dedicated group of 6 team members, we pride ourselves on being a local small business that truly cares about our team and our clients. We are expanding our services to Erie, PA, and are looking for a dedicated and talented individual to join our growing team and help grow our presence in this new market.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with real estate agents and homeowners to understand their media service needs.
• Plan and execute professional photo shoots for residential and commercial properties.
• Utilize professional photography equipment and techniques to achieve optimal media quality.
• Deliver high-quality media within agreed-upon timelines.
• Maintain a professional and organized workflow, including file management and backup.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Travel to various locations as required to photograph properties.

Requirements:

• Professional equipment (Professional DSLR, wide-angle lens, and tripod).
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different locations punctually.
• Stable internet connection to upload media on the same day.
• Consistent adherence to Exposure It's standards to provide high-quality products.
• Ability to work independently.

• Consistent availability on a weekly schedule, with the ability to perform under pressure.

• Travel to locations for scheduled shoots.

• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license.
• Desktop/laptop and a smartphone with reliable internet.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Seasonal, Freelance

Pay: $100.00 - $350.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
