Thats right, you read that correctly, an entire roof paid for, not by the homeowner, but by the Insurance company. There is no need to be pushy, cringy or forceful, our business model sells itself. If you had and old roof with damage and you were wondering how to pay for it, or getting estimates for tens of thousands of dollars and someone knocked on your door and said there was a chance it could be completely paid for with no cost or fee for trying, wouldn't you do it? Of course! 

Now other companies will require you to get on roofs, manage crews, collect checks and a whole lot more. At MG's Roofing your only job requirement is to meet new customers and sign them up for our program. YOU WILL NEVER HAVE TO CLIMB ON A ROOF or even know anything about how to install a roof. We take care of everything so you can continue to focus on new customers sand making more money for yourself and for the company. The more customers you sign up the more money you make it is that simple.

As far as experience goes, if you have experience in the industry or if you are completely green to sales we will teach you and train you on everything you need to know so you can be successful on day 1. Our newest sales rep we just hired got 2 sales in 2 days and each sale is equivalent to thousands of dollars in commissions. No one on our team is making less than $3000 per week and they know they hit a goldmine in what we are doing. All of our reps are very appreciative for the opportunity and our turnover rate is nonexistent. For this position you 

-Must be over 18

-Have Reliable transportation

-No sales experience required, we will train you on everything you need to know

-Reps make anywhere from$120,000-$250-000 a year
