Win Aviation has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Support Specialist at our Coolidge, AZ facility, to join our team to professionally maintain our shop, facilities, equipment and vehicles.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY

• Perform general maintenance of shop and facilities, incl. some cleaning (hangar floors, ceiling, etc.)
• Track, maintain and inspect general shop equipment (forklift, ground power units, bench equipment, aircraft jacks, etc.)
• Manage aircraft defueling / refueling, maintain and track filtration components, track and record fuel quality I.A.W. DoD approved fuel program and assist with bulk fuel orders
• Track and maintain company vehicles (oil changes, brakes and tire replacements, etc.)
• Assist with driving company personnel to various locations as well as deliver and/or collect equipment/parts/materials to and from vendors.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a valid CDL with Hazmat endorsement
• Experience with operating and maintaining aviation equipment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have valid work authorization
• Valid drivers license
• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Must have good general knowledge of mechanics
• Must pass initial and random DOT drug and alcohol tests
• Willingness to work overtime during the week or on weekends, on occasion
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to frequently lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outside
