Toddler teacherposition for early childhood class prek 3. Will train if necessary. Position begin August 1, 2024.

Program offers non tradition learning environment for active learners. Class size 12 students. 

Teacher must be be willing to assist with gardening and create small lessons specialized to toddler needs. In addition to small group learning, teacher will perform monthly assessment of student learning. 

Teacher will provide daily updates and weekly communication with parents.

Teacher must participate in 1 Saturday training per semester.

Expectations

• Have reliable transportation.
• Be able to assist with potty training and changing toddlers.
• Have a sunny disposition and willingness to work under stressful situations.
• Supervise various age students in a calm and quiet manner.
• Work flexible hours
• Submit to background check.
• Must have high school degree or GED equivalent.
• Requesting prior experience in early childhood setting
• Associate degree
