Responsibilities, Assist lead teacher with planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate curriculum, providing for the children's physical, cognitive, social/emotional and language development, Assist lead teacher in establishing a warm, loving, safe, and secure classroom environment, provide health and safety for our children and families, interact with children in a positive manner, implement SJELP'S discipline policy to guide children's behavior, promote family involvement, maintain a professional standards, maintain record in an orderly manner, assist with events and program activities, comply with SJELP'S policies and procedures, comply with policies of regulatory agencies, and other duties as assigned.
