Busy multi-doctor practice seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician. We are a mixed practice with a newly renovated hospital along with a fully equipped mobile hospital. Our hospital specializes in exotic animals, zoo animals, dogs, cats and occasional large animals. Your day-to-day includes patient intake, triage, patient monitoring and client communication.

Skills:

• Knowledge of medical equipment (e.g. X-ray machines) and anesthesia procedures
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain medical terms
• Experience with exotic animals is a plus but will train the right person

Pay: $18.00 - $29.00 per hour
