As the Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible to assist in the retention of long-term quality patients for the clinic through the execution of service delivery systems in turn, ensuring the patient’s needs and expectations are exceeded. Your role will be to ensure patients are correctly following the rehabilitation written. As the Rehabilitation Technician, you will be responsible for all activity in the rehabilitation room including but not limited to maintaining a safe and clean workspace, hands on support and providing an exceptional experience.

Performance Objectives:
- Perform computerized range of motion assessment following protocol
- Carry out ordered exercise programs based on doctor's written orders
- Administer decompression therapy following protocols
- Maintain all rehabilitation equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping in pristine condition
- Ensure seamless and efficient patient flow in rehabilitation department
- Chart patient’s progress per clinic protocol
- Encourage and inspire patients to follow through with treatment plan
- Assist patients as needed
- Collect success stories, testimonials and feedback from patients
- Consistently offer the highest level of personalized customer service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic and helpful attitude

- Hours: Monday 8:30 am to 6:15 pm, Tuesday 3:30 pm to 7:15 pm, Wednesday 8:30 am to 6:15 pm, Thursday 9:30 am to 7:15 pm , Friday 8:30 am to 6:15 pm.
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma required
- 2 years of patient/public facing exercise experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a multi-specialty practice preferred, but not required.
