WESTON, MA (LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED): A busy family in Weston, MA, is seeking a wonderful, professional FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT CAREGIVER for their three children: twin boys (10) and a daughter (6). They are seeking an energetic nanny who can keep up with their smart, active, and curious children. As their boys have Autism (Asperger’s - high-functioning) and ADHD, they seek a candidate with high empathy and patience. While special needs experience is not required, it would be ideal. The perfect candidate is an excellent communicator with experience working with school-aged children, particularly those who are neurodiverse.

Their boys require clear schedules and expectations, so organization and household management experience are beneficial. Helping them learn how to navigate social interactions and reading the emotions of others would be valuable. They love learning new things and enjoy topics such as dinosaurs and history! Their daughter is smart and energetic, with interests ranging from dress-up and dance parties to playing outside with her brothers. All the children enjoy enriching and engaging activities.

Schedule:

• Monday: 12pm - 7pm
• Tuesday: 2pm - 7pm
• Wednesday: 11am - 7pm
• Thursday: 2pm - 10pm
• Friday: 2pm - 7pm

The schedule may be slightly flexible, with the possibility of additional hours to be discussed. The children are generally in school until 2:15pm each weekday, with occasional short days each month. When the children are in school, household management and housekeeping tasks will be part of this role. Responsibilities include transporting the children from school to after-school activities, homework support, and dinner prep at home. Bedtime routines may be expected on certain evenings when parents are home later. A family car will be provided during working hours. As the children work with tutors and have specialty appointments, engagement with these appointments and activities may be required.

The start date is July 14th. ALL VACCINATIONS REQUIRED. There is one dog in the home, so NO PET ALLERGIES. Pay starts at $30+ per hour, with sick leave, vacation, and holidays included.
