Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator for Directional Drilling is responsible for supporting all aspects of directional drilling projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge and effective communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for directional drilling projects.

2. Coordination: Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, drillers, and subcontractors, to ensure smooth execution of projects.

3. Resource Management: Manage equipment, materials, and personnel resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.

4. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

6. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, change orders, and as-built drawings.

8. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status to stakeholders regularly.

9. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.

10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
