Job Purpose:  
The Development Associate oversees the Center’s fundraising efforts and strategies. Their main responsibility is to generate financial support for the Center's mission and programs. Overall, the development associate plays a critical role in ensuring the financial sustainability and growth of the organization by effectively managing fundraising activities and building strong relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Job Scope:
Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to include comprehensive fundraising plans which align with the Center’s goals, budget requirements, and objectives.

Cultivate both short-term and long-term donorship programs by identifying potential donors and sponsors while sustaining relationships with current and prospective donors. Implement contact database using Microsoft Outlook.
