```Duties```
- Design and implement fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals
- Provide personalized instruction and coaching during one-on-one or group training sessions
- Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety precautions
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Lead group HIIT fitness classes
- Modify exercises and routines to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall wellness
```Experience```
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a certified fitness instructor or personal trainer
- Proven track record of success in program design, fitness sales, and client retention
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and nutrition principles
- Certification in a recognized fitness program (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM)
- Experience in teaching or coaching various fitness disciplines such as cycle, dance, CrossFit, kickboxing, HIIT etc.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and limitations
- Passion for health and wellness with a commitment to ongoing professional development
