Outside Sales Representative - Design Consultant

 

Earning Potential: $100k+ / year (uncapped potential). 100% commission.

Job Type: Full Time, Contract

General Schedule: Monday to Friday. Weekends as needed

Benefits: Flexible schedule, Autonomy

Work Location: Hybrid remote across Denver metropolitan area. We will also have flexible office, co-working space available.

Rock & Block Landscaping is a fast growing home services company in Denver, Las Vegas and San Diego. We are looking for entrepreneurial-minded and motivated in-home sales representatives to join our team as we continue to rapidly expand the company across the Denver metro area (MSA). We are a "start up" in the Denver and this is an opportunity to get in at the ground floor as we establish the brand locally and expand operations

What You’ll Do:

  • Meet with potential customers onsite at their personal residence to present the benefits of Xeriscape and low-maintenance landscape designs and solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Demonstrate product and solution expertise and help customers bring their designs to life.
  • Prepare initial design sketches, accurate quotes and final proposals for customers and follow up with them to close sales.
  • Collaborate with the production team(s) and subcontractors to ensure top-tier customer experience before/during/after the installation process.
  • Attend events and industry-specific trade shows to represent the company brand and educate prospects about our products & services.
  • Prospecting - our company will make the phone ring and set appointments for you so you can focus on selling 100% of your time; however our model will also provide the opportunity to achieve additional incentives for bringing in leads and sales from your own prospecting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • No prior landscape or construction sales experience necessary - we will provide training.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - betting on yourself and your own personal development.
  • Enthusiastic about having the support and autonomy to create your own book of business and uncapped earning potential.
  • Be accountable for your sales results and overall outcomes.
  • Ability to follow and trust a system/process for success.
  • Knowledge of Xeriscape designs, products and installation is a huge plus
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
