SUMMARY: Our Property Management Division is seeking assistance to help identify qualified employees to fulfill our clients' staffing requests. The Scheduling Specialist communicates with clients on a daily basis to discuss staffing needs in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work daily with our property management team to determine staffing needs and projections.
- Effectively communicate with candidates by phone to evaluate qualifications for clients staffing requests.
- Take client’s staffing requests and enter immediately into our database.
- Properly document notes into our database in a timely manner.
- Effectively communicate with clients and internal team members on a daily basis to provide updates and feedback.
- Ability to help problem solve and provide case by case solutions.
- Return client and/or candidate phone messages or emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Update and maintain client and candidate’s profile information for accuracy in database.
- Answer incoming calls in a kind, courteous and professional manner while following company’s policies and procedures.
- Take messages on an as needed basis. Messages include full name, telephone number, date, time and company if applicable.
- Meet and greet candidates.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS degree
- Minimum 1 year recruiting experience (preferred)
- Must be comfortable adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to manage multiple processes and priorities and deliver on-time in a dynamic environment.
- Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills and able to multitask with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Must be internet and computer savvy.
- Strong desire to succeed and thrive in a small business environment.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
