Our services transform homes and businesses into festive masterpieces, bringing the magic of Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas to life. </p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong> We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Seasonal Holiday Decor Manager to join our team. This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing holiday decorations for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior decorating, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a small team of decorators. </p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong> </p><ul><li><strong>Client Consultation and Planning:</strong> </li><li>Meet with clients to understand their vision and preferences for holiday decor. </li><li>Develop detailed decoration plans that align with client expectations and high-end aesthetics. </li><li><strong>Design and Execution:</strong> </li><li>Create and present holiday decor proposals, including themes, color schemes, and materials. </li><li>Oversee the setup and takedown of holiday decorations, ensuring impeccable quality and attention to detail. </li><li>Recruit, train, and manage a small team of decorators to assist with installation and removal. </li><li><strong>Budgeting and Financial Management:</strong> </li><li>Develop and manage budgets for each project, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. </li><li>Track expenses, handle invoicing, and ensure timely payments from clients. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions related to holiday decorating projects. </li><li><strong>Project Coordination:</strong> </li><li>Source and procure decor items, materials, and equipment needed for installations. </li><li>Coordinate logistics for timely delivery and setup of decorations. </li><li>Ensure all projects are completed within agreed timelines and to the highest standards. </li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> </li><li>Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns promptly. </li><li>Conduct post-decoration follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction. </li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong> </p><ul><li>Proven experience in interior decorating, with a portfolio showcasing previous holiday decor projects. </li><li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for understanding and executing client visions. </li><li>Proficiency in budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking. </li><li>Creative flair and attention to detail, ensuring high-end, aesthetically pleasing results. </li><li>Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. </li><li>Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak holiday seasons. </li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong> </p><ul><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in interior decorating or a related field. </li><li>Must be able to lift 25+ pounds </li><li>Must have computer skills (PC & MAC) and be capable of learning and successfully using new programs. </li><li>Knowledge of current trends and best practices in holiday decorating. </li><li>Physical ability to lift and move decor items and equipment. </li><li>Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>ADDITIONAL DUTIES:</strong> </p><p>Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to achieve the Company’s standards and goals as efficiently as possible. Bi-weekly check-ins and quarterly reviews are mandatory. </p>
