Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, gaining valuable insights into HR processes and practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment Support:
 - Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
 - Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
 - Communicate with candidates regarding application status and interview logistics.

- Onboarding:
 - Prepare onboarding materials for new hires.
 - Assist in conducting new employee orientations.
 - Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and filed correctly.

- Employee Relations:
 - Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
 - Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
 - Support the HR team in addressing employee inquiries and concerns.

- Administrative Support:
 - Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
 - Maintain HR files, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality.
 - Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations.

- Training and Development:
 - Support the development and implementation of training programs.
 - Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.

- Compliance:
 - Help ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
 - Assist in the preparation and filing of compliance documentation.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong interest in Human Resources and desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus, but not required.
