- Provide a safe and positive learning environment for preschool-aged children

- Monitor and assess student progress

- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience

**Skills:**

- Experience in toddler care or early childhood education preferred

- Strong understanding of childhood development principles

- Ability to manage a classroom effectively
