Momentum 360 is looking for a full-time remote content and production director to help manage and grow our content marketing agency.

You MUST have these skills and experience:

Duties

  • Report to Managing Partner
  • Manage and oversee projects and clients
  • Assist and support with client account management
  • Connect and collaborate with Current Director of Operations and Senior Operations Manager daily to create better processes/fulfill jobs/get happier customers to earn more referral work.
  • Review budget/fulfillment/contractor sheets weekly via Monday.
  • Implement and manage new procedures, reduce any redundancies and paperwork
  • Help with the hiring, onboarding and training of new internal team members and photographers with Sean.
  • Shoot videography/photography/360 virtual tour projects ad-hoc.
  • Focus on providing better quality work
  • Focus on retaining new clients based on better relationships + fulfillment
  • Focus on increasing company profitability
  • Focus on better quality relationships with contractors and internal team members
  • Assist with business development and partnership growth

Specializing in photo and video content, we deliver captivating visuals that capture brand stories and engage target audiences. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a Director of Content who will spearhead our creative projects and optimize our operational processes.

Job Summary: As the Director of Content, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our photo and video production processes. You will oversee the day-to-day of our creative department, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Your strategic vision will guide the development of processes that streamline production, enhance creativity, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the operations of the content creation team, focusing on photo and video projects.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline project workflows, reduce costs, and improve turnaround times without compromising quality.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design and refine production processes, ensuring they are scalable and aligned with industry best practices.
  • Help oversee the recruitment, training, and development of creative staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement for all contractors.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
  • Monitor industry trends and integrate new and emerging technologies and methods into our operations to keep us at the forefront of digital marketing.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for creative projects, providing regular reports to senior management on ROI and operational performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography/Videography/Filmmaking – Preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operational management within a creative environment, with a proven track record in shooting/editing/managing photo and video projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an emphasis on time management and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of content production processes and technology/software, with hands-on experience in both photography and videography.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with clients, team members, and external partners.

Compensation

  • Starting Stipend = $1,000-1,500/mo
  • Equity Opportunity = 2.5-5%
