This position is for qualified sales professionals ready to meet and serve potential clients, build your sales pipeline through door-to-door interactions, networking with real estate and insurance professionals. One must provide knowledge and insight to homeowners of our products and services.

Basic Responsibilities:
→ Generate leads and close deals
→ Sell our roofing services
→ Willingness to knock doors and engage with homeowners

QUALIFICATIONS
→ Must talk directly with customers
→ Must be able to climb a ladder to a roof and walk around on roof
→ Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
→ Must be independent, self-disciplined
→ Must possess excellent time management skills
→ Must have a smartphone capable of taking pictures/video during home inspection
→ Must have a positive attitude and neat appearance
→ Outside sales experience a plus

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
→ Inspect and document homes for storm restoration
→ Measure home exteriors and assess damages for restoration
→ Write and provide scopes of work for repair/restoration when applicable
→ Generate formal contracts
→ Create lead generation for new prospects
→ Willingness to knock doors and engage with homeowners
→ Run company-provided leads
