Oakmont Capital Services, a subsidiary of JA Mitsui Leasing USA Holdings, is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Funding Coordinator to join our Funding Team. The Funding Coordinator will play a vital role in the closing of Equipment Loans. Oakmont Capital Services (OCS) is a growing commercial equipment finance company with offices in West Chester, PA and Albany, MN. This role will report to the West Chester PA office on a hybrid schedule.

The ideal candidate should be prepared to:

• Receive executed Loan documents, review for accuracy and completeness
• Interact with sales staff & finance coordinators regarding questions and concerns
• Determine that all funding and underwriting conditions have been satisfied and follow up with appropriate parties for corrections
• Prepares a complete list of all outstanding items remaining after review or corrections that must be made and promptly forwards to Sales staff
• Prepare disbursements and verifying wire instructions for closing
• Monitor and maintain funding queue to ensure timely delivery of loan document check in
• Receive mail and overnight packages and distribute to appropriate parties
• Minor clerical duties as needed
