**Overview:**

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Life and Health Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and insurance sales, with excellent negotiation skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

**Responsibilities:**
- Sell various types of insurance policies to businesses and individuals
- Provide guidance on selecting the most suitable insurance plans
- Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients
- Develop leads and establish new client relationships
- Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their needs are met - Assist clients with claims processes

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with benefits administration and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to conduct outside sales activities
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
- Experience in telemarketing is beneficial

This is a commission and bonus position, and while it is not salaried, typical first-year entry level agents average $41,000 - $62,000. New agents can achieve production-based incentives of up to $12,000 in their first year. Experienced sales agents that have been a part of MRW Solutions Group for two plus years earn upwards of $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses
