<p><strong>Operations Coordinator - Full-Time&nbsp;</strong></p><p><i>Bounce Children’s Foundation transforms the lives of chronically ill, and their families,&nbsp;</i><br><i>shifting all from surviving to thriving.</i></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>While many individuals/organizations support kids when they are hospitalized, things change once they are home.&nbsp; Bounce provides support to chronically ill children, their parents, and their siblings both at home and in the community.&nbsp; It builds resilience by bringing members together for fun and friendship, learning and sharing, and by creating a support structure for all.&nbsp; Totally unique, Bounce is the <i>only</i> organization providing this much- needed support and filling this critical gap in the overall care &amp; health of seriously ill kids and their families.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li><i>Bounce Bash®</i>: &nbsp;family adventures specially designed to allow medically fragile children to participate</li><li><i>Bounce It Forward®</i>:&nbsp; donated tickets to sporting, theatre and other events used by Bounce kids/families&nbsp;</li><li><i>Bounce Back Kits®:&nbsp;</i>&nbsp;fun-filled care packages delivered to families locked-in at home due to medical intervention</li><li><i>Bounce Academy®:&nbsp; </i>educational opportunities for parents/caregivers to enhance their coping skills</li><li><i>Bounce Net®</i>:&nbsp; a safe&nbsp;space online for parents/caregivers to form a virtual community of shared support</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Description</strong></p><p>Reporting directly to the CEO, this person is responsible for general operations, including gift processing and donor acknowledgement, communication with Bounce families, expense processing, database management and administrative support.&nbsp;The position includes opportunities for learning and growth, and the latitude to recommend improvements to business management processes. As a true member of the team, this position is a key connection between programs, fundraising, and administration in this dynamic, mission-driven nonprofit that features a lively, productive, and highly collaborative environment.&nbsp;</p><ol><li>&nbsp;</li></ol><p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Partner with CEO to establish, maintain, and improve overall operations to support Bounce growth</li><li>Primary responsibility for administrative functions, including office systems and upkeep, data entry, correspondence, in addition to event, development and program support</li><li>Logging/tracking of all gifts received in SalesF------------ and revenue reporting</li><li>Creating/distributing donor acknowledgments&nbsp;</li><li>Maintain clear communications with internal/external constituents</li><li>Process all Family Applications, Maintain Family Membership Database, and Manage Family Communications</li><li>Maintain S------------ and Constant Contact databases</li><li>Lead Volunteer Program and Support Internship Program</li><li>Partner with bookkeeper to process expenses and reconcile Salesforce &amp; QuickBooks&nbsp;</li><li>Contribute to organization’s overall communications vehicles (newsletter, annual report, etc.)</li><li>Provide support to CEO and share general office duties, as needed</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Mandatory Job Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Associates or Bachelors degree, preferably in a business-related field</li><li>Minimum one-two years of experience in business, not-for-profit sector or related field</li><li>Commitment to Bounce's mission and empathetic to the needs of seriously ill children&nbsp;</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce (or similar CRM system)</li><li>Well organized, accurate, attention to detail, dependable, ability to multi-task, strong time management, strong work ethic, cooperative, willing to learn, and customer service oriented</li><li>Project management and intern/volunteer management experience preferred</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Hours/Schedule</strong></p><p>Salaried role.&nbsp; Salary commensurate with experience.&nbsp; Benefit packages includes medical, dental, vision as well as PTO.&nbsp; General Office Hours: 8:30 – 5:00 pm.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>To Apply</strong></p><p>Send a single Word document or PDF that includes cover letter and resume to: info@bouncechildrensfoundation</p>
