Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Estimator based in Miami, FL. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting. The role involves collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to accurately estimate project costs and ensure successful project completion.

Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs

Cost Management and Budgeting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to work with numbers

Knowledge of construction materials and techniques

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Proficiency in construction estimating software

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certifieda Professional Estimator) (preferred)
