This is a full-time hybrid role for a Door to Door Sales Representative at Trustman Roofing and Contracting. The Door to Door Sales Representative will be responsible for selling roofing and contracting services to residential customers in St Louis, MO. This role requires a strong ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and close sales. Some remote work is allowed. PAID TRAINING OFFERED.

Qualifications

• Prior or none experience in door-to-door sales or a similar customer-facing role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Solid understanding of roofing and contracting services
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation that can fit extension fold ladder 7ft
