We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Event Coordinator to bring their passion for motorcycles and event planning to our dynamic team!

About the Role:

As our Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and managing all dealership events, focusing on creating memorable experiences that promote brand loyalty and community engagement.

This part-time position offers a flexible schedule, primarily focused on weekends and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including open house days, launch events, promotional activities, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively promote events and increase attendance.-
• Coordinate with vendors and entertainers, ensuring all aspects of events run smoothly and efficiently.
• Manage event budgets and provide reports on attendance, costs, and post-event feedback.
• Engage with customers and community members to foster a positive brand image and enhance community relations.

Some Requirements:

• Proven experience in event planning or management.-
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.-
• Passion for motorcycles and the lifestyle of the Harley-Davidson brand.-
• Flexibility to work during weekends and evenings as required by the event schedule.
