We are looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team and help maintain the beauty of our grounds. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the grounds clean and tidy, performing basic landscaping tasks, basic water leak repairs, dealing with septic and honey wagons, working with electrical repairs such as replacing breakers and ensuring that all outdoor areas are properly maintained. Responsibilities:

• Maintain sites, lawns, trees, and shrubs.
• Perform general landscaping duties weedwhacking, mowing, and trimming.
• Perform basic maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Have an understanding of campgrounds and how to operate machinery such as a bobcat skid steer.
• Work with water repairs and electric issues when they occur
• Must be willing to work and deal with septic issues and pump outs with honey wagons
• Cleaning and upkeeping the public bathhouse
• Remove debris from grounds and dispose of it properly.
• Willing to cover pool hours as needed and learn how to test the pool levels.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
• Must be willing to be a team member and perform some task that are outside of these responsibilities such as helping in office as needed, helping out at events and activities that are held at the park, and small in between task like such.

Experience/qualifications-

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Customer service: 2 or more years
• Experience in camping industry: 2 or more years
• Must be available for shifts Monday- Sunday, weekends are required
• Must have the ability to remain calm in situations when dealing with the customers.
• We are a family-oriented park, so willingness to work with kids is a must as they are always around the park.
• Must be responsible and attentive to details as well.
• Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: $16.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 50 – 80 per week
