About us:

Trend ABA is a BCBA owned, home-based Applied Behavior Analysis provider in Colorado Springs.

Since beginning in Colorado Springs, we are committed to maintaining our humble company atmosphere, small caseloads for behavior technicians, and direct support for the families in our community.

Our behavior technicians work directly with our clients, on a 1 to 1 ratio, in the home setting to provide as much consistency as possible. By incorporating parents, siblings, or other caregivers into therapy we are able to create a hand in hand approach to ABA therapy between our families and therapists. Our hand in hand mentality is also applied to our hard working staff members.

We recognize that for our clients to succeed, our staff members must succeed. When one of us does better, we all do better; for this reason we believe in a high level of BCBA oversight and support, consistent staff schedules and investing in each team member. This supportive environment is key in creating client and staff success.

Behavior technicians are provided with a direct line of communication to the owner, supervisor, and scheduler to streamline open communication between team members.

While we are a small company, we truly believe in investing in our team members and providing a variety of benefits including:

  • Paid sick leave
  • Paid time off
  • Vehicle maintenance stipend
  • Other Expense stipend
  • Paid holidays
  • Two paid one-week breaks (winter and summer)
  • Paid drivetime
