The Position:
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who loves helping customers in the retail space with products they use daily. The CSR will handle various front-facing duties, including interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and via email and social media. Each interaction affects the company’s bottom line positively or negatively, so the CSR must maintain a high level of professionalism to present the organization in the best light possible.

The CSR assists customers by providing product recommendations, answering questions, alerting customers to product options, and expanding sales revenues by up-selling support services and product merchandise and accessories. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in a retail environment and a solid dedication to providing exceptional customer service.

The starting pay rate is $15 - $20 per hour, plus commission depending on experience, with opportunities for pay increases after the first 90 days. We also offer ways to earn additional compensation above your hourly pay rate via commissions and spiffs, along with other great benefits and an energetic, enjoyable work environment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers as they enter the store.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized storefront.
  • Answered incoming customer calls regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions, and general client concerns.
  • Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller.
  • Identifying problems, offering solutions, and providing feedback to Apple users so they are up and running again quickly.
  • Collaborating and sharing responsibility and accountability with other team members.
  • Developing solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate products.
  • Staying focused, organized, and productive even when it is slow.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule during store business hours: (Mon–Sat) 10AM – 7PM

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Retail or related sales experience preferred

  • Eagerness to learn about all Apple products and services
  • Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
  • A knack for problem-solving and making decisions quickly
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (Monday -  Saturday) as work schedules are based on business needs.
