The Position:
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) who loves helping customers in the retail space with products they use daily. The CSR will handle various front-facing duties, including interacting with customers over the phone, in person, and via email and social media. Each interaction affects the company’s bottom line positively or negatively, so the CSR must maintain a high level of professionalism to present the organization in the best light possible.
The CSR assists customers by providing product recommendations, answering questions, alerting customers to product options, and expanding sales revenues by up-selling support services and product merchandise and accessories. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in a retail environment and a solid dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
The starting pay rate is $15 - $20 per hour, plus commission depending on experience, with opportunities for pay increases after the first 90 days. We also offer ways to earn additional compensation above your hourly pay rate via commissions and spiffs, along with other great benefits and an energetic, enjoyable work environment.
