Service Estimator
<p>The Aftermarket Service Estimator contacts new prospective customers as well as existing clients to grow our Planned Maintenance and Service contracts revenue. The Aftermarket Service Estimator reports directly to the Aftermarket General Manager. </p><p><strong>PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li>Work hard, work smart and have fun!</li><li>Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by reports, specifications, and related documents</li><li>Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements</li><li>Daily activities will be working with the Director of Aftermarket Services </li><li>Demonstrate industry techniques and knowledge of best business practice by applying innovative planned maintenance programs. </li><li>Create customize planned maintenance proposals according to the equipment on-site, and locationto increase the customer’s overall profitability, productivity and uptime, and safety. </li><li>Develop proposals that include technical and functional descriptions of services provided and clear description of the “Customer Experience”.</li><li>Follow-up on all proposals, negotiate with the client until deal is closed. Identify technical and commercial risks for customer and CSI, provide mitigating solutions. </li><li>Prepare and perform client presentations articulating the value proposition of planned service offerings.</li><li>Create repeat customers and provide the highest level of customer service and support “Customer Experience” </li><li>Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to track the sales cycle. Develop new customer relationships by identifying business needs and future plans, and educating key decision makers.</li><li>Work to gather information from customers through site visits, phone conversations and electronic communication. </li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>EDUCATION</strong></p><p>Associates degree in Business or Accounting and/or related degree/experience</p><p> </p><p><strong>EXPERIENCE</strong></p><p>3+ years’ experience in technical sales or service support role</p><p>Material handling service support experience required</p><p> </p><p>Apply at: ------------</p><p> </p><p> </p>
