Responsibilities:

• Evaluate potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis.
• Prepare financial models and projections.
• Assist in the due diligence process, including property inspections and reviewing financial documents.
• Support the preparation of investment presentations and marketing materials.
• Maintain and update the investor database.
• Attend and take notes during meetings with investors, partners, and other stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to the investment team.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in real estate, finance, business, marketing or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
