Part-Time Pet Sitter Needed (3 Days On, 3 Days Off rotation)

We are looking for a reliable, animal loving individual to join our Pack. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional care for our clients' beloved pets, while also contributing to our growing business.

Your Pet Staff has been providing service to Tarrant County for 28 years and I don't believe there is a better part-time pet sitting schedule in the industry.

About the Role:

• Provide in-home pet sitting for a variety of animals(dogs, cats, birds, etc)
• Cleaning litter boxes or scooping waste disposal areas
• Administering medications (if needed) with clear instructions
• Walking Dogs
• Send daily updates and photos to pet owners for peace of mind
• Help us spread the word about our services through creative marketing tasks(think social media post and flyers)
• Assist with light office duties like scheduling, emails, and phone calls

Qualifications:

• You have a clean background check
• 5+ of experience caring for pets(professional or volunteer)
• Must be a dog and cat person(we have an equal amount of dog and cat clients)
• A genuine love for animals and a strong understanding of their needs
• You are physically fit and can walk any size dog in any kind of weather
• You are able to follow pet care instructions meticulously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you're a people person as well as an animal person
• Flexible schedule to accommodate our 3 days on, 3 days off rotation(translation this will not work for you if you are trying to work another part-time job)
• My first dogs name was Gidget
