Island Inn Motel and Turtle Shell Rentals are hiring: Property Management Professional/Front Desk admin/Motel Room Cleaners/Laundry Professional

Join our amazing team at our beautiful beach in Surf City, NC! We are looking to fill 2-3 different positions very soon. Our company consists of a 20-unit Motel in the heart of Surf City as well as 25 doors for Air BnB and VRBO rentals ranging from 1-bedroom studios to 9-bedroom oceanfront beach houses. Some positions are full-time, and some are part-time. 

PAY: $12-$18 per hour based on experience and aptitude

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
-Assists with all on site duties (Some cleaning, making sure rooms are in top shape before a new tenant arrives, spot checking rentals to ensure they are up to par and look for repairs or issues that may arise)

-Responds to rental inquiries, messages, and emails in order to book rooms or air bnb type rentals. 

-Must be familiar with social media marketing and hotel management software (we will train if unfamiliar with certain platforms we use if technologically proficient)

-Answer phone calls and take reservations

-Schedule cleaning for turnovers and inspect to ensure being done correctly

-Minor repairs and improvements (Look for issues with rentals that need to be addressed)

-Must possess good customer service skills on the phone, in person, and messaging

-Laundry Professional duties include picking up and dropping off linens from beach properties in a company van and doing and folding said laundry. 

Availability Required:

-This is an onsite position at Island Inn Motel and/or in Surf City at various rentals. Weekends will be required as most of our business is vacation rentals.

-Messaging and booking from home after hours as well may be required.
