Viking Air is growing! We are a Pinellas County based air conditioning company seeking a full-time HVAC lead installer. The lead installer will oversee the installation of new units and ductwork to make sure projects are completed according to company specifications and local codes. Pay is commensurate with experience, and competitive for the market. The majority of work is based in Pinellas County.

We are looking for someone who wants a career and is willing to grow with the company. Local candidates preferred.

Position includes the following work:

• Understanding of air conditioning fundamentals and concepts.
• Understanding of basic high and low voltage wiring.
• Proficiently install residential systems, light commercial systems, straight cool systems, heat pump systems, forced air gas furnace systems, and package units.
• All while being able to maintain a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5 years experience with EPA certification.
• Installation experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must own install tools.
• Must have reliable vehicle to drive to office to take install truck.
• MUST have a valid / clean Florida Driver's license.
• MUST be able to pass a background check.
• MUST be able to pass a drug test.
