Revival is setting the standard in the alternative health, biohoacking and wellness sector. About You…

You are a ‘self care enthusiast’. You are supportive and empathetic. You’re down to try anything (at least once!) in the name of wellness. Your friends and family come to you for wellness advice. You are excited to share knowledge and open up the wellness world to others. You are creative, organized, and client-service oriented. You are Revival's 'resident expert' and the key to our client experience.

As part of our Wellness Concierge team, you will be responsible for:

• Providing guests with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, welcoming them by name and with enthusiasm
• Building relationships with guests that keep them coming back; this includes clienteling, accurately recording all sales & appointments, assisting with merchandising and stocking responsibilities, and keeping the studio neat, clean and organized
• Prompt turnover of treatment rooms when the guest exits, ensuring that the room is clean and prepped for the next guest
• Promoting and understanding the science, technology, and benefits of Revival's services and products
• Expanding your knowledge about wellness practices, including treatments and products while actively pursuing additional product knowledge as needed
• Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sales and repeat business
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure clear, effective communication with all guests and fellow team members
• Showing up with a kind, honest, & non-judgmental attitude every day
• Performing other job-related duties as directed
