Residential Contruction Laborer

Moseley Construction is a small but rapidly growing, high quality construction company focusing on using top of the line materials, with customer appreciation being our 1st directive.

We are looking to add to the team a dedicated construction laborer.

Most work is in or around the greater ITHACA area.

Most work consists of but not limited to:
-Custom Decks
-Interior/Exterior Renovations
-Roofing, Earthwork, Framing, Concrete, etc


RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Keeping jobsite clean and free of debris
• Moving material and equipment
• Loading and unloading machinery, tools, equipment
• Assist carpenters and filed techs
• Keep track of tools, equipment and hardware
• Arrive to various job locations on time


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Basic knowledge of construction materials, methods, and installation.
• Ability lifting heavy objects, proper carrying techniques, appropriate stacking and placement.
• Proper fastening and strapping items for transport. (Lumber, machinery, materials, etc)
• Ability to read a tape measure, operate hand tools, etc
• Punctual. On time.
• Strong attention to detail. Good organizational skills.
• Good sense of awareness, working around customers in their home while maintaining a high level of respect.
• Have a reliable vehicle and possess a clean driving record for travel to job sites.

JOB DETAILS:
Business hours are 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Job Type: Full-time with some flexibility
Pay: Competitive (DOE)
