Job Responsibilities
As a Barista, your responsibilities will include:
● Drink Preparation: Crafting a variety of coffee and tea beverages to meet our high standards.
● Cleaning and Maintenance: Keeping the café clean and tidy, including regular cleaning of equipment and workspaces.
● Cash Handling: Managing cash transactions, balancing registers, and providing accurate cash handling.
● Opening and Closing Duties: Overseeing the opening and closing procedures, ensuring everything is ready for a service and left ready for the next day
As a Café Lead, you will also be responsible for the following:
● Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper storage of supplies.
● Overseeing food safety compliance and FIFO protocols
● Working with management to develop and support other baristas
● Quality control; maintaining high standard of service and products including
ingredients and final drink builds

What We’re Looking For
● Experience: Barista experience is required. Previous management or supervisory experience is strongly preferred for Café Lead position
● Skills: Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Self-sufficiency and ability to follow protocols without constant supervision
● Personality: Friendly, positive, and passionate about coffee and service; able to create a welcoming atmosphere for our customers and team.
