First Tracks Cold Brew is looking to hire a Draft Tech and Delivery Driver to help out with the growing demands of our cold brew coffee company. First Tracks Cold Brew is a growing cold brew coffee company that provides cold brew coffee to local businesses, apartment complexes and co-working spaces. Our services include the brewing and delivery of cold brew coffee, swapping of kegs and gases, and basic equipment cleaning and maintence.

At minimum, duties will include:

• Brewing and kegging cold brew coffee, cleaning kegs and equipment, and basic equipment maintenance.
• Delivery to apartments and offices and swapping empty kegs for fresh ones.
• Keeping accurate brewing and delivery records.
• Setup and maintenance of draft beverage systems.
• Troubleshooting draft systems
• Cleaning and organization of brewing equipment and brewing facilities
• Other duties as assigned

Experience in food and beverage is preferred but not necessary. We will train industry-specific skills. The candidate's primary responsibility will be the brewing and kegging of cold brew coffee, tea and other products. As well as delivery of cold brew coffee which involves handling kegs, changing nitrogen tanks and maintenance of draft systems. Other duties which The ideal candidate must be comfortable speaking with customers and being a company representative and addressing their needs. Must be able to lift 50 lb and manage moving large items such as kegs, nitrogen tanks and possibly kegerators.

We are looking for someone who can follow directions and accept feedback. This job has a lot of moving parts we need someone who is a fast learner and is comfortable asking questions when they're not sure.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
