Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Placement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting families and nannies, conducting interviews, facilitating placements, and assisting with marketing efforts. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with the option to collaborate in our co-working space and attend monthly in-person meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract and onboard qualified families seeking nanny services.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential nannies to assess their skills, experience, and compatibility with client preferences.
  • Conduct thorough background checks, reference checks, and verification of credentials for all potential nannies.
  • Collaborate with families to understand their childcare needs, preferences, and expectations.
  • Facilitate the matching process between families and nannies based on compatibility and suitability.
  • Coordinate logistics for nanny placements, including scheduling interviews, arranging trial periods, and finalizing agreements.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and nannies throughout the placement process and beyond.
  • Assist with marketing efforts to promote our services and attract new clients and candidates.
  • Attend monthly in-person meetings to collaborate with team members, share insights, and discuss strategies for business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, placement, or human resources, preferably in the childcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of childcare best practices, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and software platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or co-working environment.
  • Flexibility to attend monthly in-person meetings at our designated location.
