The successful candidate will be passionate about teaching and learning, and will have a strong commitment to implementing innovative teaching practices that engage and inspire students. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that align with the curriculum and are tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and technology tools to create a dynamic and interactive learning environment.- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that promotes student engagement and collaboration.- Assess student learning through a variety of methods and provide timely feedback to students and parents. - Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills.- Communicate regularly with parents and stakeholders to provide updates on student progress and discuss any concerns.- Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to support the overall mission and vision of the school. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.- 2 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of implementing innovative teaching practices.- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional design, and assessment strategies.- Proficiency in using technology tools for teaching and learning.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand, sit, and move around the classroom for extended periods.- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
