Overview:

We are seeking passionate and experienced Tumbling/Gymnastics Instructors to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to share your love for tumbling with students of all ages and skill levels.

Duties:

- Plan and conduct dance classes for students, including warm-up exercises, technique training, choreography, and performance routines

- Provide guidance and feedback to students to help them improve their tumbling skills and technique

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages creativity, self-expression, confidence, and teamwork

- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans

- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate students with special needs or varying learning styles

- Collaborate with other instructors and staff members to coordinate performances, recitals, and other dance events

- Stay updated on current gymnastics trends, techniques, and industry developments

Skills:

- Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and ensure a safe learning environment

- Experience working with students of all ages, including children and adults

- Knowledge of various dance styles, such as ballet, contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, etc.

- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate dance techniques to students

- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues

- Flexibility in adapting teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students

- Strong organizational skills to manage class schedules, performances, and administrative tasks
