WebPunch is a software and brand experience company made up of a crazy-talented team. We help businesses to look stellar online and we also help them improve their operations with our suite of tools, our white-glove service, and our know-how.
We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, wicked smart, dedicated to details (we can’t stress this enough), and super fun to join our Client Happiness Team. This is a part-time position.
What does this role do, you ask?
As a part-time team member, you will help generate reports for our clients and support our team with operational tasks like adding users to our dashboard and keeping up with our CRM and spreadsheets. You will also help us to optimize our clients' business listings on sites such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. You will work directly with Google to troubleshoot business listing issues and help report erroneous online reviews. At times, you will work closely with clients. Any background in digital marketing or online listings gives you an advantage!
