Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and driving sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide them with exceptional service
- Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis

Skills:
- Proficient in operating a POS system and cash register
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are highly desirable
- Strong selling skills with the ability to persuade customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately
- Technical sales knowledge is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
